Lateral spool holder

For your 2.5kg/3kg spools

Max spool’s width: 10.5cm

Step 1 Roller assembly and box set-up

Assemble the top mount and mottom mount to your enclosure

You will need to change your corner in order to have the one with a hole

Insert one bearing into each end of the roller

Assemble printed parts together with M3*12 screws

Assemble the printed brake with a M3*12 screws. Don’t tighten too much, you might tighten it later if necessary

Step 2 Assemble the holder

Assemble the filament guide on the crossbeam. Don’t tighten too much as you will need to adjust the position

Assemble both top and bottom crossbeam parts with M3 screws and nuts

Assemble the roller on the crossbeam with one M3 screw

Place the lateral spool holder into top and bottom mount

Add the PTFE tube

Step 3 Installing the filament guide

Use screws of the logo plate to secure the filament guide

Insert PTFE tube through the two halves of the filament guide and the hole in the left corner.

You have successfully assembled the lateral spool holder!
