Assembly:

Step 1 Preliminary information

You will need all these components.

Working on the enclosure’s upper part dissassembled is a lot easier.

These are the front parts

These are the left parts (they will be on the left once your enclosure is fully assembled)

These are the right parts (they will be on the right once your enclosure is fully assembled)

Step 2 Led’s frame assembly

Assemble each led’s frame side

Step 3 Main assembly

Screws the ends with M3*12 screws

Screw the adjustable lock with a M4 screw, screw’s head goes on the enclosure’s outside.

For the front part, use M3*12 screws, screw’s head goes on the enclosure’s inside. Hinges on the outside are used as nuts.

Step 4 Adding LED

Begin by the front and the middle. Remove the protection paper and stick the LEDs.

Add a clip on each end. Make sure to place it between two LEDs (LEDs are the yellow dots)

Continue by adding LEDs on each side, and clips to each ends.
