Doors and final assembly

Step 1 Preliminary informations

In this chapter we will assemble the top on the plateform, and add doors.

Step 2 Assemble printed parts

Place each uprights on top of printed corners of the plateform.

Make sure that grooves fits together, then slide down.

Slide down the inner part of the corners, until there is no gap. If necessary, unscrew a little bottom screws.

Don’t tighten screws after that. It will allow you to remove top frame when needed without tools.

This video shows how corners and metal frame are fitting together.

Step 3 Doors descriptions

Doors are different from all versions, but you still have 7 different pieces:

2*left/right

1*back

1*top

2*front

1*front seal

Step 4A Prepare hinges and magnets parts for M

Split the two types of fixed hinges:

Type A: 8

Type B: 4

Insert M3 nuts in each slot

Insert magnets in each slots. Make sure to push them all the way through.

Step 4B Prepare mobile hinges for L / XL

Split the two types of fixed hinges:

Please note that assembly guide is showing L version, but the assembly is similar: just add extra hinges if necessary.

Insert M3 nuts in each slot

Step 5A Left door for M

Place the printed parts as shown, under the translucent door.

Be carefull on the direction of the cuttings!

Screw every parts with M3*6 screws.

Step 5B Left door for L/XL

Add type B hinges using M3*6 screws:

further to the edge is the top

closer to the edge is at the bottom

Screw together locks with M3*12 screws: round part is going inside, handle part is going outside.

Step 6A Right door for M

Place the printed parts as shown, under the translucent door.

Be carefull on the direction of the cuttings!

Screw every parts with M3*6 screws.

Step 6B Right door for L/XL

Add type A hinges using M3*6 screws:

further to the edge is the top

closer to the edge is at the bottom

Screw together locks with M3*12 screws: round part is going inside, handle part is going outside.

Step 7 Back door

Add type A hinges using M3*6 screws:

closer to the edge is at the top

further to the edge is the bottom

Screw together locks with M3*12 screws: round part is going inside, handle part is going outside.

Step 8 Top door

Add type A hinges using M3*6 screws

Add top handles using also M3*6 screws

Step 9A Front door for M

Add type A hinges using M3*6 screws

Add top handles using also M3*6 screws

Step 9B Front doors’ hingesfor L/XL

• Front left door: add type B hinges using M3*6 screws
• Front right door: add type A hinges using M3*6 screws

Step 10 Front doors opening system for L/XL

Overlap the front right door with the plexiglass door seal.

On both front doors, assemble these four identical parts, which will guide locks. Place them under the door, and screw from the top. Use 6 M3*6 screws, and 2 M3*12 where the two plexiglass parts are overlapping.

On front left door, add the fix handle. Screw with M3*6 screws.

Step 11 Front doors opening system for L/XL

Flip the front right door

Insert this printed part inside the big hole

Insert the mobile handle from under the door, inside the first part

Add the two sliders as shown, be carefull to the direction and top/bottom placement

Screw them with M3*6 screws. No need for nuts

Step 12 Front doors opening system for L/XL

Insert M3 nuts in each slot

Adjust this part on top of the previous assembly, and screw with M3*12 screws

Add the fnal M3*12 screw in the middle of the mechanism

Step 13 Vertical cable cover

These parts are meant to hide and secure Hepa&Carbon fan and filter cables, and LED cables.

You have successfully assembled the doors!
